PDF Perfect Privacy Policy

PDF Perfect helps users create PDFs from images, generate OCR-searchable PDFs, organize files in packs, manage local history, and optionally back up/restore data to their own Google Drive.
1. Information We Process
- Local files and content: images, generated PDFs, OCR text, and history are stored on your device.
- Google Drive backup (optional): if enabled, backups are uploaded to your own Google Drive account.
- Google account information (optional): email may be used to show Drive connection status and manage backup location.
- Push notification token: Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device push token to deliver notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide app functionality: PDF creation, OCR processing, history management, pack grouping, optional cloud backup/restore, and notifications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used by the app (for example, Google Firebase and Google Drive APIs) to operate the features you use.
4. Storage and Retention
Local history remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. If Drive backup is enabled, backup files remain in your Google Drive until removed.
5. Permissions
PDF Perfect may request camera, media/photo library, and notification permissions to support scanning, importing images, creating PDFs, and sending notifications.
6. Your Controls
- You can use the app without connecting Google Drive.
- You can disable notifications in device settings.
- You can delete local PDFs/history in the app.
- You can remove backup files from Google Drive at any time.
7. Children
PDF Perfect is not directed to children under 13.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Any update will revise the "Last updated" date.
